Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Virgo Creation for your handcrafted candles. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed, packed, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you place an order, it will be processed within:
- 1–2 business days for ready-stock items.
- 2–4 business days for handcrafted or made-to-order candles.
Orders are not processed on Sundays and public holidays. Delays may occur due to high order volume or festival seasons.
2. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Within Karnataka: 2–4 working days
- South India: 3–5 working days
- Rest of India: 4–7 working days
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.
3. Shipping Charges
- Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout.
- Free Shipping: Available on selected products or during promotions.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link. You can track your shipment through our delivery partners.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Virgo Creation is not responsible for undelivered orders caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details. Additional delivery charges may apply for re-shipment.
6. Damaged or Missing Products
Please check your order when it arrives. If damage is found:
- Take a clear photo/video of the product and packaging.
- Report it within 24 hours of delivery.
- Send details to: sales@virgocreations.in
Replacements will be processed after verification.
7. International Shipping
Currently, Virgo Creation ships only within India. International shipping will be introduced soon.
